Nagpurian Mehre successfully finishes Ironman in Western Australia By Pradeepkumar Yadav NAGPUR’S Mayank Mehre, working as a Bank Manager in New Delhi, has become second athlete from Central India to successfully finish the Ironman race. He achieved the feat last Sunday by completing the tough SunSmart Ironman Western Australia held at Busselton, Western Australia. Dr Amit Samarth holds the honour of completing the Ironman in Western Australia last year. SunSmart Ironman Western Australia is considered an important race on the Ironman calendar since over a decade. Twenty-six-year-old Mehre did extremely well to complete the full Ironman in 13 hours, 44 minutes, 37 seconds. Over 1300 athletes from over 40 countries took part in the race. The Ironman constitutes of 3.8km swimming followed by 180 kms of cycling and a full marathon run of 42.2 kms. All the three categories are to be completed in 17 hours. In today's world diet plan is followed strictly and many dieticians are getting involved in the sports world to use their knowledge on the sports players to make them fit.                 Being a cricket coach, I came across many dieticians with whom I shared my player's diet chart and ask them to improvise it. I got many suggestions for diet plans but some were getting effective, while some were getting failed. Nowadays, we see players are using supplementary food items to balance the diet comprising high protein, high carbohydrate, or high-fat diets/foods. The Teaching Machine

"Its 8:00pm shall we start the class now." Topic was paper 1 of National eligibility Test (NET). Students from different college and university were allowed to attend this classes. 2 in the morning, break was taken and again on 2:15am sharply the class begins. Not a single student complaint anything. There was a cool morning breeze and the birds were chirruping. The class was in full flow and everyone was focusing on the lecture. When the topic was coming to the end, needles of the clock were coming close. And finally the clock tik on 8 am, and  topic got over. No one had ever thought that they will become a part of history by sitting in a class for 12 consecutive hours. Till yet no one had taken class as long as this. The person who was behind this scene is Known for his teaching skills, he brought many laurels for his family and Nagpur city.
